Yes. Premium and the 3-day Premium trial send real-time push notifications when HubSnap finds a new listing that matches your search profile. Free match alerts still work, with a 30-minute delay. If a push can't reach your phone, HubSnap emails the alert instead.

No. Contact opens the original listing; HubSnap Premium is not a Pararius or Kamernet subscription. When a home is listed on more than one site, HubSnap prefers a source you can contact without paying the portal. Kamernet itself may still charge to message if that is the only source.
No. Match alerts arrive as push notifications in the HubSnap app: right away on Premium (and during the 3-day trial), 30 minutes later on Free. If a push can't reach your phone, for example because notifications are off, HubSnap emails the alert to you instead.
Yes. After you contact a listing, you can mark it in HubSnap as pending, accepted, rejected, or withdrawn so you know where each application stands.
Email info@hubsnap.nl. In the app, Free includes 2 AI listing summaries and 1 AI cover letter a month, and Premium has no limit. HubSnap does not offer human coaching.
Is HubSnap safe to use?
We keep account data protected in transit, and we never pretend to own or broker the homes you browse. Listing details always come from third-party sources.
